Terms of use
Plain terms for a console that never holds your funds.
Hyperodds is software that shows Hyperliquid outcome markets and helps you prepare orders. It is not a broker, an exchange or an adviser, and it never holds your funds. Orders are signed in your browser and carried out by Hyperliquid under Hyperliquid's own terms.
Your wallet, your orders
You are responsible for every order placed for your wallet through the Console, including orders signed by the trading key in your browser, and for keeping your wallet and that browser secure. The trading key you approve can place and cancel orders for your wallet until it expires or you turn trading off. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds.
Fees
Orders placed through the Console carry a builder fee of 0.10% on sells, at a rate your wallet approves once. Hyperliquid and each market's deployer charge their own fees. The ticket shows every fee before you sign.
Information, not advice
Prices, fair lines, edges and rule grades are there to help you compare markets. Fair lines and edges are estimates, and any of this information can be wrong or out of date. None of it is investment advice or a recommendation to trade.
Where you can use it
Use the Console only where trading these markets is lawful for you. Trading is unavailable where Hyperliquid restricts it, and the service may also limit trading in other regions.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Features and these terms can change, and the version published on this page applies.
Other services
Hyperliquid, the market deployers, your wallet and the data sources are run by others under their own terms. Third-party names are used only to identify those services, and Hyperodds is not affiliated with them.
