What the Console keeps, and where.
Hyperodds reads public market data and your wallet's public account from Hyperliquid. It never holds your funds, and our servers never see your trading key. This notice lists what the service stores and why.
Your wallet
Connecting a wallet gives the Console your public address. Your browser uses it to read your balances, positions and open orders straight from Hyperliquid. To value your positions against live prices, the Console sends them to our server, which prices them and keeps nothing.
Weekly activity
While a wallet is connected and the Console is open, it sends a short visit signal every five minutes. For each wallet, the server keeps one record a day: how many visits there were, when the last one was, and how many Polymarket or Kalshi comparisons were opened. We use it to count how many wallets use the Console each week. No IP address or device data is stored with it.
Sign-in
Alerts need you to sign in: your wallet signs a message that costs nothing and cannot trade. The server keeps the session with your wallet address for up to 30 days, or until you sign out. It also keeps a record of the wallet: when it was first seen, when it last signed in, and when its builder-fee approval was confirmed.
Orders
When you are signed in, the Console records each order it sends, with your wallet address: the market, buy or sell, the price and size of each part of the order (an order can be split across deployers), and Hyperliquid's response. Hyperliquid publishes every fill that carries the Hyperodds builder code, with the address of the account that traded, the market, the size and the fee. We import that list daily and show it, account addresses included, on the builder fees page.
Alerts and notifications
Each alert is stored with your wallet address, its type, its settings and where it is delivered. A log of deliveries is kept for 30 days. For web push, we store the push address and keys your browser provides. Linking Telegram stores your chat ID and Telegram username. Deleting an alert, turning web push off or unlinking Telegram on the Alerts page deletes that record. Sending /stop to the Telegram bot also unlinks Telegram.
Developer access
Calls to the MCP server are counted per client per day for the free allowance. The caller's IP address is never stored as is. It is hashed with a key that changes every day, and each day's key is deleted the next day, after which the counts can no longer be traced back to an address.
Requests and logs
The server reads the country each request comes from, as our hosting network reports it, to apply regional limits on trading; it is not stored. The server also writes operational logs of errors and events, such as an alert that could not be delivered, and some of these include the wallet address involved.
In your browser
Your browser keeps your starred markets, your theme (light or night), your language, your Markets view (also saved in a cookie), whether you closed the welcome guide, and your wallet connection so it can reconnect. Signing in sets a session cookie. Enabling trading stores a trading key here, and it never leaves the browser. The documentation lists each item. To remove all of them, first turn trading off from the wallet menu so the key is also revoked on Hyperliquid, then clear this site's data.
Other services
The site loads no third-party analytics or advertising. Your browser connects directly to Hyperliquid to read your account and send orders, and to your wallet to sign. Alerts are delivered through Telegram or your browser's push service. Each of these services has its own privacy terms.
